  • ¼ large avocado or ½ of a small avocado
  • ½ pear
  • ½ cup berries of your choice
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup of of kale
  • 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds or flax seeds

Directions

  • Blend ingredients together
  • Add ice should you desire
