Easy Baked Turkey Meatballs

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Peel the carrots

12 Servings (4 meatballs per serving)

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon pepper

Directions

  1. Finely mince carrots and onion by hand or in a food processor
  2. Combine the ingredients in a bowl
  3. Shape meatballs into 2-tablespoon-sized-balls and place on a baking sheet covered in tin foil
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until they are lightly browned and cooked all the way through
  5. Serve immediately or freeze in a plastic bag in freezer for up to 3 months
