  • Mince the garlic
  • Squeeze the lemon

  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/4 cup water (add more towards desired consistency)
  • 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • Black pepper to taste


  • Whisk water, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, sea salt, and pepper in a small bowl until it's smooth and creamy 
  • Add water as needed for desired consistency
  • Toss together in a freshly made salad, add for extra flavoring to roasted vegetables


  • Adjust seasoning to taste
