Garlic Roasted String Beans

Ingredients:
2 pounds of string beans
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon sea salt (to taste)
1 teaspoon pepper (to taste)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 Degrees
Place string beans in a large mixing bowl
Add in the sesame oil, coconut aminos, minced garlic, lemon, sea salt, and pepper to the bowl
Toss all ingredients together
Transfer the string beans on a lined baking sheet in an even layer
Place baking sheet in the oven and roast for about 18-20 minutes or until golden brown
Serve warm as a side or enjoy cold in a salad!
Notes:
The string beans should be slightly crunchy
