Are you interested in adding yoga to your company’s wellness program, retreat, or conference?

In addition to my passion for health coaching, is my love for the practice and teaching of yoga. It is so rewarding to see yogis of all levels gradually transform their practice. I am a Yoga Alliance 200-hour Registered Power Yoga Instructor (RYT 200), graduate of the Evansville Yoga University, trained and certified by the Baptiste Institute—recognized leader of Power Vinyasa methodology.

I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Initially the practice of yoga served as a wonderful means of staying in shape and toning. However, the Baptiste certification made me realize that the benefits derived from yoga transcend the physical. Sustained yoga practice quiets the mind, grounds the practitioner, and provides new opportunities for growth every day. Baptiste Yoga has taught me to become more fully present in my practice, reduce self-criticism, and exercise the body, heart, and mind.
