Welcome!

My name is Talya and I can’t wait to help you begin your wellness journey, so you can finally make the time for your health AND excel in your career! Because yes, you CAN do both in the corporate world when you take small steps towards a progressive trans4mation.

Let’s begin by telling you a little bit about myself. I have always been passionate about health and wellness. However, as is true for many people, there was a point in my life when my career got in the way of my keeping up with a healthy lifestyle. Prior to becoming a health coach, I was an event coordinator. While I loved my job, I dealt with a demanding schedule and oftentimes really long, odd hours. The hospitality industry is fast-paced and in my position very detail oriented. There were many stressful days and restless nights, which lead to extra coffee the next morning. There were days when 3 o’ clock would roll around and I realized I’d forgotten to even eat lunch. My health began to be put on the back burner.

Thankfully, I realized the importance of taking care of myself so that I can excel in every aspect of my life. I stopped putting myself second. It would have been easier to choose TV instead of working out or to skip meals because I was too busy with clients or deadlines. I finally said enough is enough and I made myself the priority.

I began going to the gym early in the morning, found a love for yoga to keep me centered, prepared meals in advance, and purchased healthier options at restaurants if I was out. Most importantly, I made my relationships and mental well-being a priority as well.

It has been a challenging journey and a continuous growing process, but I learned that it’s absolutely possible to live in a fast paced environment and still maintain a healthy lifestyle. I became a certified integrative health coach because I wanted to share my journey with others in hopes of inspiring them to make the change in their own lives.

I love to support my clients as they make gradual changes towards a happier, healthier life. As you learn the importance of making the time for self-care, you will feel more energized, less stressed, lose weight, sleep better, and gain a greater sense of self-confidence. You will learn that you don’t have to sacrifice your health for your career when you take small steps towards a progressive trans4mation
