This three month program includes six sessions where we will work together to identify your top two most important goals you’d like to achieve. Perhaps your focus is incorporating healthy cooking into your life, to increase your physical activity and boost your energy. Or perhaps, you’d like to to reduce stress and create better sleeping habits. Once we solidify the goals you’d like to achieve, we’ll create concrete action steps that you can gradually incorporate into your life to form new habits to achieve those goals.
Coaching Program Includes:
- Six coaching sessions (two 60-minute sessions per month) in person or via FaceTime.
- One handout pertaining to your goals per session.
- A weekly accountability email.
After our time together: You’ll have a better understanding of what your main goals are, and will receive the proper education and tools to confidently obtain and maintain those goals.
