My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing upon my expertise, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting behavior that produces real and lasting results. I will listen to you, guide you, support you, and empower you to become more attuned to your body. I will show you that it IS possible to take great care of yourself while you balance the other important aspects of your life.
