Garlic Oven Roasted Asparagus

Servings: 4-6 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (large bunch) of asparagus

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil

  • 2-3 teaspoons of minced garlic or 2 chopped cloves

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon pepper (to taste)

  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 Degrees

  • Place tinfoil on baking sheet

  • Cut off the sharp ends of the asparagus

  • Place asparagus in a mixing bowl

  • Squeeze lemon juice, pour oil, add garlic and seasonings to the asparagus

  • Toss all ingredients together

  • Arrange asparagus on baking sheet in single layer

  • Place baking sheet in the oven and roast about 18-20 minutes until tender, but still crunchy
