Overnight Chia Oat Pudding

Total Time: 5 Minutes (Plus let sit overnight)
Servings: 1 Serving
Ingredients:
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (gluten-free, if needed)
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup milk, any kind, including non-dairy
1 teaspoon raw unfiltered honey
1teaspoon peanut butter
1/2 cup berries (of choice)
1/2 sliced banana
Directions:
Place the oats, seeds, milk, honey, and nut butter in a mason jar with a lid. Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning mix the pudding (will be a gelatin consistency)
Top with the berries and bananas
Can add any nuts or seeds for extra crunch
Notes:
Can double or triple the recipe for larger batch and separate into individual mason jars to have for the week!
Mix up the fruit and nuts you use to add more variety
Honey and nut butter are optional
Switch up peanut butter for almond butter or cashew butter
