Green Pear Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
1/2 small banana
1/2 pear
1/4 avocado
A large handful of fresh kale
1 tablespoon of nut butter
2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
1/2 cup cold water (can add ice to make it colder and more frothy)
Directions:
Slice the banana, pear, and avocado
Add the banana, pear, avocado, kale, nut butter, hemp seeds, ice, and water to your blender, and blend until smooth.
Add water or more ice for preferred consistency
Pour, sip, and enjoy!
Notes:
Switch up the kale for spinach or add both!
Add some full fat greek yogurt for extra protein and creaminess
