Green Pear Banana Smoothie

Servings: 1 Glass

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 small banana

  • 1/2 pear

  • 1/4 avocado

  • A large handful of fresh kale 

  • 1 tablespoon of nut butter

  • 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds

  • 1/2 cup cold water (can add ice to make it colder and more frothy)

Directions:

  • Slice the banana, pear, and avocado

  • Add the banana, pear, avocado, kale, nut butter, hemp seeds, ice, and water to your blender, and blend until smooth.

  • Add water or more ice for preferred consistency

  • Pour, sip, and enjoy!

Notes:

  • Switch up the kale for spinach or add both!

  • Add some full fat greek yogurt for extra protein and creaminess
