Protein Packed Berry Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients:
1/2 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
1/2 pear
1/4 avocado
1 scoop of chocolate Maximum Vibrance (Can use any high quality chocolate flavored protein greens powder, but this one is one of the top brands!)
1 teaspoon of nut butter
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
1 cup cold water or milk of choice
Handful of ice (about 3-4 ice cubes)
Directions:
Slice the avocado and pear
Add all ingredients with the liquid and ice to your blender, and blend until smooth.
Pour, sip, and enjoy!
Notes:
Add water or more ice for preferred consistency
