Protein Packed Berry Avocado Smoothie

Servings: 1 Glass

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)

  • 1/2 pear

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1 scoop of chocolate Maximum Vibrance (Can use any high quality chocolate flavored protein greens powder, but this one is one of the top brands!)

  • 1 teaspoon of nut butter

  • 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds

  • 1 cup cold water or milk of choice

  • Handful of ice (about 3-4 ice cubes)

Directions:

  • Slice the avocado and pear

  • Add all ingredients with the liquid and ice to your blender, and blend until smooth.

  • Pour, sip, and enjoy!

Notes:

  • Add water or more ice for preferred consistency
