Refreshing Mango Salsa

This refreshing mango salsa is perfect addition to your taco tuesday, topping, summer dip, or eat it as a snack by itself!

Servings: About 3 cups salsa

Ingredients:

Salad

  • 3 ripe mangos, diced into chunks

  • 1 medium red bell pepper, 1 medium orange pepper, diced

  • 1 medium red onion, diced

  • ¼ cup packed fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced

  • 1 large lime, juiced (about ¼ cup lime juice)

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (tangy flavor) OR rice vinegar (sweeter flavor)

  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  • Slice and chop the mango, peppers, onions, jalapeño, and cilantro

  • Place everything in a medium mixing bowl

  • Pour the vinegar and lime juice on the salad

  • Season with salt and pepper (to taste)

  • Toss everything together well

  • Enjoy as a side, topping, dip, or dig in with your spoon!

Notes:

  • For sweeter version, use the rice vinegar. For more of a slightly tangy flavor, use the apple cider vinegar
