Refreshing Mango Salsa
This refreshing mango salsa is perfect addition to your taco tuesday, topping, summer dip, or eat it as a snack by itself!

Servings: About 3 cups salsa
Ingredients:
Salad
3 ripe mangos, diced into chunks
1 medium red bell pepper, 1 medium orange pepper, diced
1 medium red onion, diced
¼ cup packed fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
1 large lime, juiced (about ¼ cup lime juice)
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (tangy flavor) OR rice vinegar (sweeter flavor)
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Slice and chop the mango, peppers, onions, jalapeño, and cilantro
Place everything in a medium mixing bowl
Pour the vinegar and lime juice on the salad
Season with salt and pepper (to taste)
Toss everything together well
Enjoy as a side, topping, dip, or dig in with your spoon!
Notes:
For sweeter version, use the rice vinegar. For more of a slightly tangy flavor, use the apple cider vinegar
