Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds of brussels sprouts
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon sea salt (to taste)
1 teaspoon pepper (to taste)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 Degrees
Place tinfoil on baking sheet
Cut off the tips of the brussels sprouts and slice brussels in half
Place the brussels sprouts in a mixing bowl
Squeeze 1/2 lemon juice evenly onto the brussels
Drizzle oil onto brussels sprouts
Add in the seasonings
Toss all ingredients together
Place baking sheet in the oven and roast 25-30 minutes or until golden brown (Toss halfway through)
Notes:
Can add in a teaspoon of raw, unfiltered honey for extra sweetness
Can leave the brussels whole, but will take a few more minutes to cook through
