Roasted Cauliflower

Servings: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 cauliflower head

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic

  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt (to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon Pepper (to taste)

  • Optional: 1 teaspoon of paprika or curry for extra kick

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 Degrees

  • Place tinfoil on baking sheet

  • Cut the cauliflower into small florets

  • Squeeze lemon juice onto cauliflower evenly

  • Drizzle oil onto cauliflower evenly

  • Add in the minced garlic and seasonings

  • Toss all ingredients together

  • Place baking sheet in the oven and roast 30 minutes or until golden brown

Notes:

  • Can change up the seasonings to your liking! Add in some fresh rosemary and thyme or use curry or red pepper for a more spicy option. See what you enjoy!
