Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:
1 cauliflower head
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 teaspoon Sea Salt (to taste)
1 teaspoon Pepper (to taste)
Optional: 1 teaspoon of paprika or curry for extra kick
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 Degrees
Place tinfoil on baking sheet
Cut the cauliflower into small florets
Squeeze lemon juice onto cauliflower evenly
Drizzle oil onto cauliflower evenly
Add in the minced garlic and seasonings
Toss all ingredients together
Place baking sheet in the oven and roast 30 minutes or until golden brown
Notes:
Can change up the seasonings to your liking! Add in some fresh rosemary and thyme or use curry or red pepper for a more spicy option. See what you enjoy!
