Sautéed Green Beans

Servings: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
1 lb of Green Beans
2 tablespoons olive oil, coconut oil, or avocado oil
1-2 tablespoons coconut aminos (note, the aminos are strong, so pour slowly until desired taste)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 teaspoon Sea Salt (to taste)
1 teaspoon Pepper (to taste)
Optional: slivered almonds
Directions:
Wash green beans and drain with colander
Pour oil in large skillet over a medium-low heat and add the minced garlic. Stir until garlic lightly browns
Place washed green beans in skillet
Add the coconut aminos and lemon and stir until evenly coated
Cover the green beans and sauté for 5 minutes or until desired consistency (I prefer my string beans be semi crunchy)
Sprinkle sea salt and pepper
Place in bowl and serve!
Notes:
Can add slivered almonds for extra crunch!
