Sweet and Savory Stove Top Baby Carrots

Ingredients:
1 pound fresh whole baby carrots
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon raw, unfiltered honey
Water
Directions:
Place the carrots in a large pot or saute pan
Toss carrots with olive oil, sea salt, cinnamon, garlic, and honey
Cover carrots with water
Bring to a boil over high heat and cook until carrots are tender for about 15 minutes.
Remove from the stove and drain carrots in a strainer.
Notes:
Can sprinkle extra cinnamon, sea salt, pepper, or drizzle extra olive oil to taste!
