This full-wellness transformation is a journey toward a happier, healthier more balanced life. During this 6-month customizable program we will implement realistic, progressive modifications to your diet and lifestyle, leaving you knowledgeable and confident moving forward. Coaching Program Includes:
- 12 coaching sessions (two 60-minute sessions per month) in person or via FaceTime.
- Email support and accountability between sessions.
- Simple healthy recipes tailored to your needs and preferences.
- Handouts and resources specific to your needs and goals with each session.
- Invitations to health-related events, conference calls and webinars to continue education on living a healthy lifestyle.
