Tuna Bistro Box

Bistro boxes are a great alternative to your standard salad - super easy to make and fantastic for make ahead lunches!

I love this tuna bistro box filled with protein, fiber, healthy, fats and lots of color - sure to keep you full and satisfied. It will also please all of your senses with a great combo of sweet, savory, and crunchy too!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 can tuna

  • 1 teaspoon avocado mayonnaise

  • 1/2 pepper, any color, sliced

  • 1 handful cherry tomatoes

  • 1 mini cucumber or 1/2 large cucumber, sliced

  • 1 serving Mary’s Gone Crackers

  • 1 tablespoon no sugar added craisins

  • 1 handful of almonds (or nuts/seeds of choice)

Directions:

  • Mix tuna and mayonnaise

  • Add all ingredients in divided bistro box (check out the one I purchased here!)

  • Refrigerate and bring with you on-the-go or store for later in the week

Notes:

  • Change up your bistro box. Use different veggies, nuts, seeds, or add in some fresh berries.
