Turkey Meatballs

Total Time: 40 Minutes
Servings: About 6 Servings
Ingredients:
2 pounds lean ground turkey
1/2 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 eggs
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/4 tablespoon pepper
Directions:
Finely mince carrots and onion by hand or in a food processor
Combine the ingredients in a bowl
Shape meatballs into 2-tablespoon-sized-balls and place on a baking sheet covered in tin foil
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until they are lightly browned and cooked all the way through
Serve immediately or freeze in a plastic bag in freezer for up to 3 months
