Greek Yogurt and Berry Parfait

Total Time: 5 Minutes or less

Servings: 1 Serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain whole greek yogurt (or dairy free yogurt)

  • 1 cup of mixed berries of choice

  • Handful of nuts and seeds or spoonful of nut butter

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon raw, unfiltered honey

  • Optional: Top with sprinkle of Purely Elizabeth Granola
    .

Directions:

  1. Add the yogurt

  2. Top with berries, nuts, seeds, or nut butter

  3. Sprinkle cinnamon and drizzle the honey

  4. Mix together. Enjoy right away or refrigerate. Yum!

Notes:

  • Put together the night before or create a few different ones at once, so you can grab and go to work!

  • Change up the fruit for variety. Can use other fruit such as bananas, mango,kiwi, or peaches

  • Mix up the nuts and seeds you use
