Greek Yogurt and Berry Parfait

Servings: 1 Serving
Ingredients:
1 cup plain whole greek yogurt (or dairy free yogurt)
1 cup of mixed berries of choice
Handful of nuts and seeds or spoonful of nut butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon raw, unfiltered honey
Optional: Top with sprinkle of Purely Elizabeth Granola

Directions:
Add the yogurt
Top with berries, nuts, seeds, or nut butter
Sprinkle cinnamon and drizzle the honey
Mix together. Enjoy right away or refrigerate. Yum!
Notes:
Put together the night before or create a few different ones at once, so you can grab and go to work!
Change up the fruit for variety. Can use other fruit such as bananas, mango,kiwi, or peaches
